[Talk-us] Appalachian Trail not rendering

Just did some editing in the Mt Washington area.  Tagged all hiking trails
as:  highway=path, foot=designated.  Also added the Appalachian Trail
segment to the Appalachian Trail Route Relation, and then renamed the
appropriate sections to Crawford Path, and Gulfside Trail as those are the
local trail names.
