  The relation analyzer now takes roles into account and will analyze each 
role separately and identify each as complete.

   The Potlatch editor used to slow down with relations, but I believe this 
has been fixed.  JOSM will not load all relation members unless instructed 
to do so.  But having too many members in a relation makes it more difficult 
to select the desired areas to load.
