Hi,
I can't tell if there is a standard procedure in marking ethnic foods.  
I assumed you could mark the store normally and perhaps add  
cuisine=* , except some of them specialize in multiple cuisines.

I would like to work on a project that involves locating ingredients  
within a certain radius. I encourage other mappers to help me out by  
marking ethnic foods accordingly.
