Does anyone know who westendguy is? I've emailed him through OSM a number of times and not gotten a response, but I've been looking at his activity and he appears to be importing TIGER data from some dataset, eg: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/6063251 If you are or know who westendguy is, please contact me.
