I like the toll=yes rendering; any chance of applying it to links, and
possibly to tolled non-motorways?

Overlaps are of course a bit strange - it drops all prefixes, replaces
the semicolon with a slash, and then puts it in the shield of the
first prefix unless it's longer than normal, in which case it uses an
oval. But it drops from the middle - US 17;US 92;US 441 becomes 17/441
in an oval.
