[Talk-us] SOTM U.S. Update

Sorry for the late update on this.  During our weekly call last week we
decided to extend the due date for U.S. SOTM Bids to Jan. 11th.  The reason
was that all the people working on bids were waiting to get pricing back and
the holidays had slowed things down.
