I guess it's not an easy question to answer.

Maybe it would break down like this:

OSM Edits
-Import
--Tiger
--Other
-Bot
-User
--New geography
--First edit to import
--Other edit

It would be fun to see the relative state to state activity and, of course, compare it to international activity.
