Can we get NE2 blocked?  He's been torquing the entire US map lately 
(this is not the first thread involving damage from NE2), and I have 
little reason to believe he's ground proofing Oregon and Florida at the 
same time.

I'd say you have the right idea, and the documentation wiki needs to be 
fixed.  I would consider "Super 2" style highways (freeways with only one 
lane in each direction; somewhat common in rural Washington) as a trunk 
as well.
