Nap44 has added some definite vandalism in the Naples, Florida area.
For example, he added a golf community

in part of the Picayune Strand State Forest
http://www.fl-dof.com/state_forests/picayune_strand.html. I asked him
a week ago about this and he has neither responded nor made any other
edits: http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Nap44/edits

So I will start reverting those edits that I can be sure are
incorrect. I'm not sure yet what to do with others, but will most
likely compile a list of his changesets and status of reverting.
