Hmmm. I've been using http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:note for such 
comments. Any idea which of them render by default in the various editors 
(and not in non-debug renderers)? My JOSM config is non-standard in this 
regard (mappaint.nameOrder), so I can't tell easily.
