Oh wow. http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/SimonSquare/edits contains the 
following:
landuse=military on the US border
religion=christian denomination=anglican landuse=cemetery on the UK
leisure=park on France
landuse=forest on Canada

All fixed. Could this have been accidental, or is it likely to be 
deliberate vandalism?
