If there are markings on the road (like the ones inside the green stripe
in link 2) cycleway=sharrow is one option. If there are simply signs
saying 'share the road', that's at most bicycle=designated. If there are
green 'bike route' signs, it's probably rcn=yes or lcn=yes depending on
whether they're put up as part of a statewide (regional) network or a
local one.
