no i don't -- but i'm not presumptuous enough to make assumptions.
from Mike's comment, the name appears to likely be correct local usage.
the area might have had a high concentration of german settlers some
time in the past, and thus have come by that designation fairly naturally.

tiger:cfcc is frequently wrong. it doesn't follow that other tiger
tags like the name are wrong.
