i'm dithering if i wish to run again, but i do agree, manifestos are a 
good idea.
if i do run for reelection, i'll write something up, and i recommend 
that other
nominees do so as well.

i'm hoping at least some of the current members run and are reelected, there
needs to be some continuity.
