[Talk-us] non-round roundabouts

Maybe you've seen this before, but I haven't.  Here are some roundabouts that are teardrop shaped; the intersection somewhat resembles a dumbbell.  Is there supposed to be a "no left turn" restriction?  Are these even roundabouts?
