Thanks for the advice.  I've tried that technique and it seems to have done what I wanted but I'm withholding judgment until I actually see the results on the website.

Another great tool.

I haven't seen that data before but will have to take a look at what's there.  I've not been very impressed by the TIGER roadway data in my little town so I've been slowly making changes or verification that the data is correct.  I just moved here so I'm just getting started on this project.
