See, that's wheat I meant. I would like the working group to consider 
OTHER uses of third party data than the "bulk transfer of data..." that 
you mentioned above. What you mention above clearly deserves the name 
"import". But it is by far not the only way in which 3rd party data can 
be used in OSM.
