[Talk-us] Spam on talk-us

Hi all,

I just found an option "hidden" in mailman's admin screen set to accept
non-member messages to talk-us at . I switched that to reject those e-mails
(with a friendly reminder that you must subscribe), so we should see a LOT
less spam on this list now.

Please let me know if you suddenly can't post messages to this list for
some reason.
