Yeah, I'm assuming a lot of relations are going to be damaged by the
license bot. But since relations are probably the least supported
objects in our current license change tools I haven't really been
concentrating on them and figured I would put some work into
rebuilding broken ones after the license bot runs. Since I remapped
all the dirty interstates in Kansas I went ahead and tossed an
odbl=clean tag on the interstate relations here just to be sure but I
haven't done much of that elsewhere.
