[Talk-us] Blocking of user "WorstFixer" for removing ele=0 etc

Hi,
user "WorstFixer" modified some 70k ways and 1.5k relations in the
past 12 hours, claiming to "clean up imports by user nmixter" and
claiming to have discussed this with nmixter.
I blocked him and requested that he discuss such edits publicly *before*
executing them. From his diary it seems that "WorstFixer" is averse to
discussions before the act, and prefers discussing and possibly
reverting edits *after*, which of course is unacceptable for a number of
reasons.
Removing ele=0 from objects is, in my opinion, totally unnecessary; like
created_by, over which WorstFixer made a similar fuss, such information
could be removed where an object is touched for some other reason but I
don't see why it would have to be mass-removed. Even so, a mass-removal
would be ok if proposed, discussed, and accepted by the community like
we expect everyone to; it's not ok to just do it on your own and see if
someone notices.
Bye
Frederik
