[Talk-us] OSM US Server Upgrade

Hi all,

I'm upgrading the OS on the OSM US server so it will not be serving tiles
for the next couple hours. There is a Postgres upgrade so it might take
longer depending on how much work the upgrade script has to do.

I'll update this thread when it's finished.
