It would probably be prudent to trace the fence location from aerial imagery, rather than walk the perimeter with a GPS. Otherwise, you are likely to find yourself under lengthy interrogation by the TSA, under the assumption that the mapping was a cover story, and you were really preparing for an attack on the airport.
