[Talk-us] USGS topo maps not working?

The USGS topographic map layer isn't appearing for me as a background in
Potlatch. I'm looking at it in this general area:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=45.18018&lon=-85.57084&zoom=15&layers=M

Is this layer turned off / on the fritz / just very slow?
