NY is more or less done. will wait a day or two before starting CT in
case some CT mapper steps forward.

i observed that a couple of shelters and parking lots had already
been entered, so if we choose to bring that data in, similar QC efforts
will be needed. and i encountered some recent work by a new mapper
who didn't know about the AT relations and so didn't add his segments.
i imagine there will be more of that. i added his work to the relation
and dropped him a note as otherwise he might be very surprised that
the rest of the trail suddenly appeared. some of his work was better
than the 2003 data from ATC/NPS; some less so.
