I could only find 51 cases of service=passenger_ferry around Harwich
(UK) --> this elaborate service spaghetti here

My early morning SQL skills may not be too sharp but this is all the
service=*ferry* I could find on ways.

For lack of more precedent I feel we should just go ahead and use that!
