As I'm trying to create relations for every highway in Oklahoma, I came
across some oddities:  A proposal for a mysterious SH 12, a number that was
previously retired.  Found a bid to upgrade some bridges for a location
that I was able to measure out to be a bridge on the existing Tulsa G route
near I 44 by the description.

Looks like Oklahoma's planning on taking over the existing Tulsa City
Highway G project, renaming it from the Gilcrease Expressway to the Sequoya
Loop Expressway in 2017.  It's going to get assigned the route number OK 12
(which, would, presumably retire Tulsa G as a ref).  I'm excited about
this, because to my knowledge, it's the first time someplace significant to
people outside of my tribe has been named after Sequoyah, the namesake of
the tree of the same name, and father of written Cherokee.

In case you're interested, the relevent OklaDOT control numbers are 72-87P,
72-90P and 57-39P.  Presumably these will become 12-72-87, 12-72-90, and
12-57-39 respectively.

Now to figure out what the heck is State Highway 0 and State Highway 0B...
