[Talk-us] "fleet manager" speed limit import proposal (Canada, USA)

I'm interested in helping conflate this for Oklahoma, since
maxspeed/minspeed work is well underway in the region, though not totally
accurate in counties with a default speed limit and a relative lack of
extensive on-the-ground survey.
