[Talk-us] South Carolina State Highways - primary overload

So, nobody else has a comment on how the repair work should be done?

Last chance before I respond back to the DWG e-mail (and as of right now, will be recommending just the reverting of only the 'highway=xxx' upgrades).  Just want to make sure the masses don't have a problem with this.
