it is generally width of the trail (if 4-wheeled vehicles can access
physically it is a track, if smaller a path). There might be some
exceptions though, if a path in the middle would be large enough also for
4wheeled vehicles, but it is only accessible passing (too) narrow parts. In
any case it is nice to have an explicit "width" tagged additionally.
