[Talk-us] map talk tonight?

since the mappy hours aren't being held right now, i'm planning
on launching an unofficial equivalent at 8:30 pm et tonight on
google hangouts. i'll post a link here when the time comes.

if it turns out that there is a US mappy hour tonight, i will happily
not post that link and defer to the official one.
