Ian, from the github page, it looks like we can extract counties/cities we
are interested in using  openaddresses-download. However, I keep getting a
missing file. For example "Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory
'us-wa-skagit.json'" I don't really want to download 1.6GB just for 25,000
addresses.

I might have some data to add. I'd also like to keep others from
downloading and trying to import Seattle or King County data. We have
already imported Seattle. Not from the Seattle data site since their data
is messy. We are currently working with King County to clean up some
problems with duplicates. Once that is fixed we plan to restart our import.
