A heads-up to anyone working on state lines: Ohio River ways and administrative boundaries should be kept separate. Kentucky and West Virginia own most of the river, including just about all of the islands and public bridges and ferries, irrespective of the present-day thalweg. I've been retracing much of the state lines based on the USGS Topographic Maps layer, but a more up-to-date source would be welcome.
