Things that are *easy* to do with the existing revert toolkit are:

* revert one or more full changesets
* revert one or more explicitly listed objects to "whatever state they
were in before user X touched them"
* undelete one or more explicitly listed objects no matter who deleted them

However given that the scripts are all quick Perl hacks, it would not be
too difficult to e.g. modify the undelete script - which has to download
previous versions of an object anyway - to only undelete objects not
created by user X or so.

I'm comfortable executing this but I love exact specifications:
"Undelete everything deleted by user U since time T unless the object
was also created by U" would work.
