[Talk-us] User HomocideBaltimore adding fake / fictional / old data all over Baltimore

Is all 200 changesets the same? If so i"d report it to the data working
group. Here's there email - data at osmfoundation.org

The only reason i suggest this instead of handing out yourself it's due to
the large amount of changesets.
