[Talk-us] User bumping all grade-separated intersections to motorway

Just to make it easier for y'all, the offending changesets are from late
January 2016 to mid-May 2016, and are mostly in the states of NE, KS, IA,
and MO. My theory here was that there should be continuity between maps
(i.e. Rand McNally shows the stretch of US 36 in Brown County, KS as
freeway/motorway), and since this was already in place in Scottsbluff, NE, I
decided to apply it everywhere (and got a little carried away in the
process). I am trying to work on this when I have time, so if you have
anything I need to cleanup, let me know (it's my mess, I should fix it up).

You could make a MapRoulette challenge out of it to have everyone help look
things over.
