You live an hour away from Virginia Beach, is that correct? Are you
familiar enough with the city to verify the data quality, or will you
enlist the help of local mappers who are?
To quote stevea from teh recent Adirondack thread,

Is there a community that can be counted on to make sure the data
doesn't rot in OSM once imported - or will you commit to that?
On http://paidmappers.github.io/home/, you advertise your services as
mapper-for-hire ("Open Data is growing at an alarming rate and we shall
put all that data in OpenStreetMap. ... we scour open data portals and
sites for authorative data like buildings, public amenities, and
addresses.") - Is this import proposal linked to this endeavour in any way?
(I haven't looked at the data and license yet.)
