Justin,
I'm guessing you have looked at the import guidelines [1], but if you
haven't, you can find them on the wiki. The import guidelines talk about
community involvement, licensing, documentation and the actual import. For
community involvement, you might want to join us on the US Slack import
channel [2].

>From looking at the data, the one major piece missing is location. While
the address is there, that means you'll have to rely on a geocoder which
probably won't provide the accuracy needed to properly locate the building.
When you document the process, please specify how you plan to determine the
location. If you do plan on using a geocoder, it's important to use one
that won't cause a licensing issue.
