did you discuss this on on the list imports at openstreetmap.org <mailto:imports at openstreetmap.org> ?

I checked the csv data:
there isn’t any geo coordinates
the column "Adress Line 1" has value of addr:housenumber and addr:street
the column „Main Phone“ has the wrong format (xxx) xxx-xxxx instead +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
the column „Sunday hours“ to „Saturday hours“ has also a wrong format (must be changed to 24h format)
the column „Sunday hours“ to „Saturday hours“ must be calculated to one key „opening_hours“.
A short search(*) for „lancastergeneralhealth.org <http://lancastergeneralhealth.org/>“ shows only a building with this URL (https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/182313333 <https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/182313333>). This object is part of the list (okay: you must change the street name to "West 2nd Avenue“) to find this with Nominatim. But see three object with the same address (line 55, 58, 60 with 52 Peters Road in 175543 Lititz). Can’t find these address in Lititz :( .
