The request was to remove the street in question from OSM. Now we can't
do that, but we can obviously address the root cause for the request
which are missing speed limits and access restrictions if changes in OSM
in practical terms will improve the situation for the residents is
unlikely, but at least we've done out part.

I've likely done what we can do at this point, as said some on the
ground information could improve the situation a bit, but I would not
suggest a non-local mapper driving there just because of that.
