Looks like this would be a good import!

Few remarks:

   - Post this import proposal to the OSM import mailing list (
   imports at openstreetmap.org)
   - Make sure you properly reproject the data to WGS84, the current data
   is in NAD83 Connecticut (EPSG: 2234).
   - Provide 1 or 2 samples of your broken down osm processed tiles
