[Talk-us] USGS Topo layer for JOSM?

It still exists in JOSM, it just looks like the imagery was renamed to “USA/Mexico/Canada/Scandinavia Topo Maps”.

This appears to be the change: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/Worldwide?action=diff&version=101&old_version=100
