Is there a good reason to keep any of tags present on way
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/33128819 ?

It seems to me that all of that is pointless duplicate of
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/112641 and
keeping just geometry is OK, so edit removing them
would be fine.

Or maybe at least keeping 
admin_level=8 boundary=administrative
duplicating boundary relation is considered as preferable in USA?

(if someone is curious why I am asking about it:
I run into it as part of reviewing place=city without names,
found with https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/15XG 

That in turn was triggered by research for
https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/discussions/2727
what was in turn caused by discovering some place=* objects without
name in my own city.)
