[Talk-us] Name tag on unnamed, but numbered routes

Hey, Steve, replying to digests instead of the message in the digest breaks
threads for most mail clients, as threading is primarily determined by
message IDs in the References and/or In-Reply-To headers.  Could you please
not break the thread?

This should actually be two tags.

destination:ref=I 5 North
destination=Sacramento
