I'm updating the page again because most of what we have mentioned is not
only true for the USA but globally.

I did a quick skim of the wiki on 2/25 at 7:30 Central time. I think the
current result is very readable and has nothing that I object to. I like
that the WV definition was removed. I am confident that 6 months ago when
this thread is just a dim memory and I have to grapple with "to track or
not to track" the wiki will be helpful.

Thank you all for the discussion and Joseph's tackling the wiki.
