In the US, it's acceptable to capture factual information (like building
names, where a road is, phone numbers, websites etc.) from publicly posted
information.

Having said that, these mappers should definitely be responding to feedback
and questions. If they don't please also reach out to the contact listed
for the organization doing the editing:
