[Talk-us] Changeset Review - "Old US 66"

Could someone more familiar with
a) The location of Old US HIghway 66
b) How we would tag such "historic" routes

take a look at the above changeset by a new mapper?  It seems that they
renamed a part of the frontage road of I-55 in Chicago to "Old US 66"
without citing a source that would support that.  Although Route 66 passed
near there, I don't think that frontage road is actually part of the old
route, but such things are not my forte.
