It should exist. Check the parent relation of the one you found, it's
probably a superrelation with several other relations as children.
Off the top of my head, one or two members each for California,
Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Illinois, and like at
least 4 for Oklahoma. We had quite a number of different alignments
in Oklahoma, with the most recent being OK 66 being the '72 to '85
alignment. Not sure if that should be part of of the superrelation or
not since US 66 in Oklahoma seamlessly converted into OK 66 on its
final alignment.
