[Talk-us] Mass Change of Highway Classification in Larimer County Colorado

Hello,

It looks like there has been a mass change of highway classifications in
Larimer County Colorado in the following changesets:

https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/103955688

No explanation is given other than "Update roads in southern Larimer
County" (e.g.).
imagery_used is listed as "OpenStreetMap (Standard)", which doesn't make
any sense (probably automatically inserted by iD editor - but suggesting
that satellite/aerial imagery was not used).

Given the relatively large number of changes made in a short amount of time
(I am local and am familiar with many of these roads, and for me to made an
individual determination as to the classification of each of these roads
would take considerably longer), I suspect that the changes were based upon
a source that has not been cited, and/or an attempt to get a router to
behave in the desired manner.  In any event, shouldn't the logic behind the
change be explained?
