This is a ridiculous argument, "interstates" in Alaska are paper entities
only, and are not even signed on the ground.  Let's use a little common
sense here, actual signed interstate highways in the other 49 states are
clearly motorways.  Yes, there are a few minor divergences from Interstate
standards, such as I-93 in Franconia Notch or the H-1/H-201 split on Oahu,
but these are not significant enough to degrade their motorway
classification.
