I see that Beburg and Greton both appear on USGS Topo maps, see
https://apps.nationalmap.gov/viewer/viewer/index.html?extent=-13672017.3194%2C5695326.7601%2C-13665902.3572%2C5699621.5657%2C102100
and change the base map.

Also, is there a KML network link of the GNIS database? I see entire
categories can be downloaded at
https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/search?groupIds=722ea2648df74a9b81edb4eee9761511

Lastly, I note that the Historical Features GNIS category contains
lots of historical post offices and schools that could be imported,
for example https://geonames.usgs.gov/apex/f?p=138:3:::NO:3:P3_FID,P3_TITLE:1165822
and https://geonames.usgs.gov/apex/f?p=138:3:::NO:3:P3_FID,P3_TITLE:1124538
